Tesis konumu , odaları çok iyi fakat hizmet ve konfor kalitesi olarak , ödenen ücret karşılığını dahi karşılamayan düzeyde. Birincisi oda dağ manzaralı oda rezervasyonu yerine apart oda verildi. Odada sadece sabun vardı , duş jel ve şampuan yok. . . Talep ettiğimizde stoklarında kalmadığını ilettiler. Saç kurutma makinesi yok , talep ettiğimizde apart odalarda hırsızlık sebebi ile bulundurmadıklarını ilettiler. Kahvaltıda extra sadece salam , sigara börek , haşlanmış yumurta ve çikolatalı hazır büskivü vardı (peynir,zeytin , yağ ve reçel , domates, salatalık çay kahve dışında). Otele geldiğimizde rezervasyonunuz yok denildi, sonra ödeme yapılmamış denildi (tesiste ödeme şartlı rezervasyon) bekletildiğimiz ve çelişkili bilgiler için ise özür ya da bir telafi yapılmadı. Memnun kaldığımız tek şey odanın temizliği ve resepsiyonistin ilgisi oldu.

Otelin fiyatı uygundu. Temiz ve ulaşım yerlerine yakın. Mimarı yapısı çok güzel. Otopark yeri güzel ayrılmış, var. Denize çok yakın. Havuzu çok temizdi.

Otel temizdi. Personeller güler yüzlüydü. Otel merkezi konumdaydı. Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi. Kahvaltıyı bu kadar kötü vericeklerse hiç vermesinler daha iyi olur.

Tesis çalışanlar ahmet bey dışındakiler ilgisiz ,lakayt odalar pis ve böcek var , televizyon bağlantısı bozuk kumandalar çalışmıyor, istediğinizde çarşaf nevresim takımı vb hijyen ürünlerine ulaşamıyorsunuz yok diyorlar. 8 gece kaldık her gün bir sorun yaşadık. Berbat bir otel lütfen listenizden çıkarın. Hiç bir şekilde kimseye tavsiye etmem kısaca kırk yılda bir gittiğimiz tatil zehir oldu içimize.

Odalar çok pis ve böcekler geziyor ,otele gittiğimiz de odalarda hiç bir hazırlık yapılmamış ve ısıtma sistemi yok,3 gece konaklama almış olduğumuz halde sadece 1 gece kalıp başka otele geçtik. Ets tura bu otel yakışmamış.
